The Cusco D1 Roll Cages are made with 40mm chromoly pipes, which are 33% lighter compared to steel material cages.

Lightweight joints are used to increase safety with the competition roll bar designed layout.

The roll cages are strategically mounted to increase maximum body rigidity.

The bar layout is designed from extensive hands on experience. Bar structure designs are based on feedback directly from the racetrack and are proven to be effective. Not only are you going to receive a stylish bar, but you will also be recieving a bar that serves a purpose.

Seating capacity may be restricted on some roll bars.

All Cusco roll cages have the option of of being a Dash Through or a Dash Escape roll cage. The Dash Through roll cages go through the dashboard whereas the Dash Escape roll cages bend around the curvature of the dash board. The Dash Escape option eases the installation of the roll cage, but at the same time, it causes a partial loss of structural rigidity. Dash Escape roll cages should be used on street driven or show cars; track cars should avoid this option, and instead go with the Dash Through mount.
